Data deletion instructions

Bricks Dynamics LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including data received through our applications on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Remove our app from your Facebook account

If you connected your Facebook account to a Bricks Dynamics application, you can revoke its access at any time:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (listed under "Your activity" or "Permissions", depending on your version of Facebook).
  3. Find the Bricks Dynamics app and click Remove.
  4. Optionally, choose to also delete posts, photos or videos the app may have published on your behalf, then confirm.

Removing the app stops it from receiving any new data from your account. To delete the data we have already received, send us a request as described below.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", including:

  • your full name;
  • the email address associated with your account, or the name of your Facebook profile or Page;
  • if possible, the application or service you used.

3. What happens next

  • Acknowledgment: we confirm receipt of your request, generally within a few business days, and may ask you to verify your identity.
  • Deletion: we delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of verifying your request, including any data received from Facebook or Instagram.
  • Confirmation: we notify you by email once the deletion is complete.

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, invoices for accounting purposes) or to establish or defend legal claims. Such information is kept only for the required period and is not used for any other purpose.
